The Agilent 5DX series 5000 is the next-generation, automated 3D X-ray inspection system built on laminography technology. It provides BGA opens detection and adds a defect analyzer, which provides dynamic compensation for manufacturing and process variations in defect confirmation. The graphical Windows-based environment, Test Link, guides through program development, reducing time spent on both program development and training. An Algorithm Tuner allows the user to adjust inspection programs and modify algorithm thresholds in asingle integrated environment. The Program Advisor automatically checks the program for best practices and test para-meters.
